Whether you are looking for a hike to a beautiful waterfall, a visit to ancient Maya Temples, or a cultural experience, our expert local guides will ensure every day you take a tour is an unforgettable one.

Important things to know about our tours

All of our tours include lunch. Prices are subject to 12.5% GST, and are priced with a minimum of two people age 12+. Children 0-11 are half price on all tours except ATM Cave and Caracol. Prices do not guarantee a private tour, please contact us for private tour pricing. Groups of 4-7 adults receive a 10% discount, and groups of 8+ adults receive a 20% discount except for tours to ATM Cave and Caracol. If you are a solo traveler, please contact us for a solo supplement or ask if there is a group you can join. Prices are subject to change.

TKO Farms Tour

This is the tour for everyone! TKO Farms is our neighbor in Teakettle Village, and is home to the world’s largest Soursop farm. If you recognize the fruit, but not the name, Soursop is also known as Guanabana or Graviola. The farm also has many acres of hardwood trees like Teak, Mahogany and Cedar along with Coconut Trees and Cacao Trees!

On this tour you will learn about the lifecycle of the Soursop fruit, the various uses of the trees and fruit, and get a view off the hill down onto the farm. If fruit is in season, you will also get the chance to try some Soursop.

Because of the proximity to Jade Jungle Resort, this tour is only $25/person when coupled with a transfer or added on to another tour. If you’d like to have this tour as a stand alone tour, it can be purchased for $50/person.

Actún Tunichíl Muknal (ATM) Cave

Actún Tunichíl Muknal (ATM) Cave

Jade Jungle Resort is the closest resort in Belize to this world-renown cave and archaeological discovery.

This Mayan ritualistic cave is home to thousands of archaeological artifacts and human remains that link us to the history of this incredible valley where tens of thousands of Mayans lived for hundreds of years.

Travel roughly 20 minutes from Jade to reach the trailhead, leave everything including your phones/cameras in the vehicle and hike 1.5 miles on flat ground with three mild river crossings to the mouth of the cave. Swim into the cave roughly 30-50 feet and then wade through water for about another mile into the cave. Climb up onto a shelf 12-15 feet above the cave floor. Take off your shoes and wear socks to walk among ritual artifacts and learn the history of the cave. Return to the trailhead to eat a late lunch.

Guests must have sufficient fitness and balance to complete the tour described, be at least 40″ in height, and be at least 5 years old.

Tikal Mayan City

Travel four hours across the border into Guatemala to Tikal, one of the most famous and impressive Maya sites in Mesoamerica with over 3,000 excavated structures and several of the tallest temples in the Maya World – it truly is a must-see in this part of the world! 

Nestled on hills in the heart of Guatemala’s Maya Biosphere Reserve, the tour offers a perfect combination of archeology and jungle wildlife. Your guide, a knowledgeable Tikal expert, will give you a glimpse into the past of one of the world’s most impressive early civilizations and help you to spot the howler monkeys, spider monkeys, oscillated turkeys, coatimundis and other amazing wildlife that frequent this massive jungle park. 

The day trip includes all transportation, border crossing fees, park entrance fee to Tikal, guided tour of the site, and lunch. Overnight trip also includes lodging and meals. Caracol Mayan City

Caracol Mayan City

Caracol was the largest Mayan city in Belize and covered more than 77 square miles (200 square Kilometers). It was primarily occupied from, 650 BC to 950 AD and the population was believed to be between 120,000-180,000 at its peak.

Travel deep into the jungle to reach the city and then explore and climb the various structures in the city and learn about the history of this fascinating city from your knowledgeable local guide.

Mountain Pine Ridge

Mountain Pine Ridge is a beautiful reserve area in western Belize where the ancient Mayan people harvested pine trees for cooking fires and heating limestone to create quick lime for building and finishing their famous stone structures.

This area is home to many natural water features including Rio On Pools and Big Rock Falls. You will enjoy time in the many pools and small waterfalls at Rio On Pools and enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking the valley. 

After lunch you will head to Big Rock Falls trailhead where you will walk down several steep flights of stairs and over uneven and sometimes slippery rocks. You will arrive at a large and impressive waterfall with areas for admiring the falls, swimming, and/or cliff jumping.

Cockscomb Basin

The Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area with an impressive 150 Square Miles (400 SqKM) of space to explore.

This beautiful area is known for its wildlife, and for being home to Victoria Peak, the highest point in Belize at 3,810 Ft. (1,160 M). 

Other highlights include substantial hiking trails, Ben’s Bluff (pictured above), waterfalls, and birding.

Beach Day

Head to the beach for a day of toes in the sand and listening to the waves roll in. 

You will head to Hopkins Village in southern Belize and visit Jaguar Reef resort, which has a beautiful beach and the amazing Big Dock Bar. 

At the Big Dock Bar you can rope swing into the ocean, lounge on nets, or swing at the bar. There’s something for everyone on this excursion.

This tour great for all ages, and is limited to six people maximum.

The tour includes your lunch, but does not include drinks or other extras. This is not an area for great snorkeling, so the tour is focused on beach time!

Pronounced Shoo-Nan-Too-Neech, this amazing site boasts El Castillo “The Castle” that towers 130 feet (40 meters) above the plaza floor and gives unobstructed views of Western Belize and Guatemala.

Travel an hour from Jade, cross a hand-cranked ferry and tour ancient Mayan temples and palace. Your guide will teach you about the history and ongoing efforts to understand this amazing place.

This site was central to the Mayan city that once occupied the area where San Ignacio is now, which is the second largest city in Belize. The site offers a variety of structures to explore and the ability to imagine what life was like 1,500 years ago.

Cahal Pech was the royal acropolis-palace of an elite Maya family during the classic period. This tour is available to all age.

Visit the nearby Green Hills Butterfly Ranch where you will experience Belize’s biggest and best butterfly exhibit.

Cacao beans were used as currency during the height of the Mayan civilization in Belize. Learn how this amazing plant grows, the different stages of harvesting and processing the beans, try your hand at grinding the beans with a traditional mano and matate and make your own traditional Mayan chocolate drink.

Cave Tubing

Cave Tubing is located in the Nohoch Che’en Archaeological Reserve, and pairs very well with Zip Lining.

You will hike roughly 45 mins up the river to the entry point. Your guide will tie your tubes to his own and guide you through the cave.

After exiting the cave, you will float down the peaceful river until you reach the trail to return to the parking lot. 

For the adventurous spirits, there is a nice cliff jumping rock near the end of the ride. Guests must be at least 40″ in height to participate in this tour.

Zip lining through the jungles in Belize

Explore the incredible Nohoch Che’en reserver area from the treetops with a zip line tour. You will hike and zip through the canopy of the jungle and even cross a river on a 1,000 foot zip line! This tour requires an adventurous spirit, and at least 40″ in height for participants.

This may very well be the best little zoo in the world. The Belize Zoo has many local animals in habitats that mimic their natural habitats. You can see Monkeys, Tapir, the Harpy Eagle, a Jaguar, and much more!

Belmopan Market Day

Visit the Belmopan Market on Tuesday or Friday only. At the market you will be able to see how the locals shop, try out some natural juices or street food from vendors, and learn about the various fruits and vegetables available from local growers.

Belmopan is also the capital city of Belize, and the third largest city in the country. While in town you will have the opportunity to see the national government offices and get a feel for life like a local. If you’d like to try our favorite ice cream shop, ask to visit Ice Cream Corner (open only after 2:00). If you’d like a clean/no sugar smoothie, ask to visit Market Smoothie Bar.

Ayala's Natural Pools

These natural pools are built right into the river with beautiful blue water and fish joining your swim. Rent a canoe or kayak for an extra fee, or just enjoy the scenery and the cool water.

On the weekends locals often gather for futbol games, and for swimming in the man-made pool open only on the weekends. This tour is not available in the driest times of the year depending on rain. Ask if it’s available if you are coming during the summer months or early fall.
