Sleep in your traditional thatch roof hut in the middle of the jungle! Explore and eat amongst ancient Maya ruins where people lived 2,000 years ago. The history and authenticity of this magical place is like nothing you’ve ever experienced.
Venture into the primal rainforest that has spent more than 500 years creating a mature ecosystem where life abounds and you can feel the difference in the clean air. Nearly 300 species of birds and thousands of other species live on the property.

Itinerary
Sunday June 2ND
1.
A local guide will pick you up at the Belize City airport and take you to Jade Jungle Resort.
2.
Get settled into your room, and relax until dinner time where you will enjoy your first signature four course meal.
3.
Get to know your fellow adventurers at a mix and mingle before retiring for the night.
Day two
1.
Enjoy a late start as you recover from travel. Yoga starts at 7:30 with breakfast at 8:30.
2.
At 10:00 we will gather for a rainforest hike and dip in the river.
3.
After lunch we will have a tour of the Maya Plaza, scheduled massages. After dinner we will hold a meditation class.
DAY Three
1.
After breakfast we will head to Nohoch Che’en to enjoy Zip Lingin and Cave Tubing!
2.
After our adventures, we will stop by a local gift shop on the way back to the resort.
3.
Enjoy dinner and downtime in the evening.
Day Four
1.
Start with a morning with a birding tour before breakfast.
2.
Enjoy yoga, trail hiking, and a picnic lunch in the meadow.
3.
In the afternoon, try your hand at making chocolate or chili powder before another delicious dinner and evening meditation.
Day Five
1.
Mid morning we will head to Rio On Pools for a picnic lunch.
2.
After lunch we will take a short drive and hike to Big Rock Falls for a nice swim and photo op.
3.
Enjoy dinner and downtime in the evening.
Day Six
1.
Your choice of either the ATM Cave Tour or Xunantunich Maya Ruins & Butterfly Ranch.
2.
Enjoy an outdoor cooking demonstration and relaxation on the patio.
3.
Conclude with a goodbye ceremony featuring s’mores and delightful stargazing.
Saturday June 8th
1.
Enjoy your last Belizean breakfast buffet before heading to the airport.
2.
Enjoy the trip home and share your new memories and new you with your loved ones!

No! All you need is a general level of fitness and mobility. There will be all fitness levels at the retreat.
Yes! Everything is more fun with a friend. If you and your friend or partner book separately, please let us know who you are rooming with.
No! Since all activities are included, and were all hand-picked by your amazing hosts, we highly recommend participating in all of them. Of course you are welcome to sit out on any of them and just enjoy some peaceful time alone at the resort instead.
Solo travelers will be assigned room mates. If you are traveling with friends or a partner, we will assign you to the same room. Please let us know at hello@mineralresorts.com if you register separately.
You will have the option to share a king bed or share a room with 2 or 4 twin XLs. Please register early to have your choice of room/bed options. Spots are first come, first served.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your investment in case of personal emergency or issues with weather or flights.

Due to the nature of the retreat, and the focus on personal health/wellness and relaxation, this will be an adults-only retreat.
